Two Volvo diesel engines (Model TAD1641GE) 1800 RPM, 565Kw (Serviced by TCM-Offshore 2nd Qtr. 2013).

Two Samford generators 400 Kw, 60 Hz, 3Ph, 1800 RPM (Serviced by TCM-Offshore 2nd Qtr. 2013).

Electronic engine control panels (2) (Serviced by TCM-Offshore 2nd Qtr. 2013).

Fully enclosed house 31’ L x 9’7” W x 10’6” H c/w loading hitches

Engines covered, Generators covered and house was sandblasted, primed and painted 2 qtr. 2013.

 

IX-MCC HOUSE

RG System – 3 gen cubicles – 4 MCC cubicles (All new wiring was run, receptacles changed to Appleton, and all Telemecanique and Merlin Gerin breakers and switch gear was installed 2 Qtr. 2013, and supplied by Grainger Supply in Houston.

XI-BLOW OUT PREVENTION SYSTEM

One (1) Accumulator System Burnsco 5 Station 3000psi working pressure, with 2 each 60:1 air pumps and 1 each 15hp electric motor driven triplex pump with 7/8” plungers – 11 gallon bladder type bottles – ASME vessels. Drillers Control Panel – API compliant unit, master skidded c/w loading hitches.

BOP Handling system was totally replaced by TCM-Offshore with new Certex overhanging gear.

 

10-Ton hand operated chain hoist with 10’ of falls was totally replaced by Certex 2013.

XII-AUXILLIARY EQUIPMENT

Brake cooling tank with pumps and heat exchanger (below Drill House – one skid)

One x 8,000 gallon fuel tank – skidded – with transfer pumps c/w loading hitches (All switch gear replaced w/new).

One 16,000 gallon water tank – skidded – with transfer and fire pump c/w loading hitches

(2) 20’ containers with associated spare parts/components for deck engines, drawworks and drive lines.

Two hydraulic cathead cylinders – 33,708 lbs pull
