Daniel J. Kruse,

Daniel Kruse, a third-generation auctioneer
with 30 years of experience, has participated in converting
billions of dollars in assets through oral bid auctions, placing
him among an elite worldwide group of 15 to 20 auctioneers.
Mr. Kruse is recognized internationally for liquidating energy,
construction equipment, trucks and trailers, real estate, mobile
homes and collector cars for over 5 billion.
In 1970, Daniel, along with his family at Kruse International,
Inc., founded the world's largest classic car sales organization,
headquartered in Auburn, IN. In the '90s, Daniel formed Dan
Kruse Classic Car Productions, a San Antonio-based classic car
auction firm that conducts the longest-running auction event
for collector cars in the United States.
In 2002, Superior Auctioneers and Marketing, Inc. began talks
with Kruse International, Inc., the largest international collector
car organization in the world, to form what is now Kruse Asset
Management, Inc. The combination of these two firms, already
well established in their own right, and with a combined $200
million-plus in resources, puts them at the forefront of sales
and marketing in the area of asset conversions for energy, industrial
and construction equipment.
Honored as one of the top 50 auctioneers in the world by Auction
World, Daniel has also assisted banks and financial institutions
with asset liquidations, selling many entire operating companies.
A graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana
University, Daniel has frequently been quoted in The Wall Street
Journal and USA Today, along with most major newspapers in the
country. Daniel also attends and is involved with the John Hagee
Ministries of San Antonio, and constantly strives for excellence
with every endeavor in which he is engaged.

Rick Parks, ISA

Rick Parks joined Superior Asset Management
(the marketing arm of Kruse Asset Management), in 1999 and is
currently a Vice President, Senior Appraiser. He has worked
his way up through the oil patch, excelling as he moved from
each new position to the next. Rick has a wealth of knowledge
in appraisal/market analyst disciplines from the Petroleum industry,
construction equipment, transportation, machine tools, office
equipment and has valuation experience in auction value, orderly
liquidation value, liquidation value in place, market value
and replacement cost value (new).
Rick last worked for Continental-Emsco for 19 consecutive years
and became senior representative for Oklahoma operations. His
professional affiliations and memberships include International
Society of Appraisers (ISA-Member), International Association
of Drilling Contractors (IADC), Canadian Association of Oilwell
Drilling Contractors (CAODC), Association of Energy Service
Companies (AESC) and Associated General Contractors of America
(AGC).

John has gained over 30 years of experience in National Account Sales, Marketing, and Management, serving Fortune 500 clients throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
He has held several key leadership positions throughout his career, from Management Services in the healthcare and education space, to National Account Sales & Management, Environmental and Industrial Services, and Industrial and Commercial Manufacturing.
John is self-motivated, analytical, creative, and passionate about his work. He maintains a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and displays a servant-leadership style that embraces the value and dignity of every person. He is self-aware, has the ability to build and maintain lasting, authentic personal and professional relationships, and effectively communicates at all organizational levels.
John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Organization Development from Spring Arbor University in Flint, Michigan.

Joey Guerra has 17 years experience in
the areas of brokerage, acquisition and development of real
estate. Joey has acquired and sold industrial buildings, warehouses,
office buildings and raw land for investors and investment entities.
Joey specializes in the development of master plans, market
assessments, the complete entitlement process, including, but
not limited to, coordination of approvals, regulatory compliance
from governmental agencies, feasibility studies and cash flow
analysis of Planned Communities.
His current areas of responsibility include acquisition, planning
and development of residential, golf and resort properties,
specifically Canyon Springs, a $30 million development near
San Antonio, Texas. When completed, it will house over $300,000,000
in homes, retail, offices, resort, luxury apartments and a nationally
known golf course.
Joey is bilingual in Spanish and English and has been a close
affiliate and friend to Daniel Kruse for nearly 15 years. He
is excellent in business development and relationship building,
and has an extensive background in the auction process.
